Emergency / After-Hours Support

JTC has an on-call paging system in place for emergency and after-hours support issues. A JTC technician is reachable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please make use of the system if...

  • you have a mission-critical outage that needs to be addressed immediately
  • you have an urgent support issue outside of business hours
  • you have an SLA with JTC that includes after-hours support

Otherwise, please e-mail or call the Help Desk, and a technician will respond to you promptly during business hours.

Guaranteed Response Times

Customers with JTC Service Level Agreements (SLAs) can rest assured that we will respond to your phone call, e-mail, or page within the guaranteed response time specified in your SLA.

SLA customers always take priority over customers without SLAs.
