Network Operations Center
In an effort to better serve our customers, we have completed the setup of our new Network Operations Center (NOC) in Manassas, Virginia. JTC has implemented a Managed Service Provider platform, which allows us to proactively manage our customer’s infrastructure, servers, desktops and printers and eliminate potential issues before they become a problem 7x24x365. This platform allows our customers to reduce their IT costs and better budget for their IT needs.
In addition to the proactive monitoring, we have Tier 3 engineers assigned to the NOC to address issues remotely within 30 minutes of the call being received. In the event an onsite visit is needed, we have field engineers readily available to be onsite. Our vehicles are equipped with GPS devices to allow us to know where our vehicles are at any given time and direct the closest engineer to the site if the issue is urgent.
